01Who we are

Serenium AI is a marketing and AI agency that works exclusively with home-service trades, based in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada and serving clients across Canada and the United States. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Serenium AI.

02Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems;
• Introduce malicious code, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the website's operation or security;
• Use our content or branding without permission.

03Services and engagements

The website provides general information about our services. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Serenium AI, which sets out scope, fees and other specific terms. Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement governs the services it covers.

04No guarantee of results

We work hard to bring our clients more leads and booked jobs, and we describe the outcomes our system is designed to produce. However, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, responsiveness and the behaviour of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, conversion rates, revenue or other results. Any figures, examples or case studies on the website are illustrative and not a promise of comparable results.

05Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design and code, are owned by or licensed to Serenium AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for your own informational purposes but may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute our content without our prior written consent. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by the relevant services agreement.

06Third-party services and platforms

Our services and website rely on and may link to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and other tools. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies or practices of third-party platforms, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

07Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenium AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serenium AI and its team from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Alberta will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
